i-CAC LISTED GALLERIES

i-CAC wishes to emphasise the importance of art galleries in France, which, through their leading role in developing the art market, make a major contribution to the promotion of pictorial art.

Since October 2018, i-CAC has been showcasing contemporary art galleries by giving them a dedicated space, free of charge, at i-cac.fr/galerie

i-CAC wishes to highlight the importance of art galleries in France and French-speaking countries, which, through their leading role in developing the art market, make a major contribution to the promotion of pictorial art.

We want every visitor (professionals, artists, the public, etc.) to have access to the widest possible range of art galleries in France and French-speaking countries.

For the i-CAC certified painter it is not only a showcase but also a way of reaching out to galleries with a view to possible relationships and cooperation (search galleries by name, town, department or region).

Eligibility criteria for i-CAC listing:

• The gallery must have several ongoing representation contracts with painters, including at least 1 i-CAC certified painter
• i-CAC reserves the right to accept or refuse a gallery’s application for listing
• i-CAC may remove a gallery’s listing if its professional ethics as a gallery owner prove questionable.
