Un artista, un percorso
Biografia in francese.
Aket (Aket Kubic), born in 1989 in Northern France, is a renowned contemporary neo-cubist artist famous for blending street art with deconstructed cubism. Internationally recognized, Aket uses his art to engage and educate communities, making him a key figure in contemporary urban art. Aket is a contemporary French street artist. Known for his character "Mr. Tarín," his offerings of small-format numbered original works, the consistency of his themes, his selection in Coca-Cola's global "Masterpiece" campaign in 2023 and the poster for the Dunkirk carnival.
URBAN ATTITUDE / MEDIA PART.
Key points of Aket's work:
- Neo-Cubist Style: Aket deconstructs portraits and scenes from daily life by multiplying geometric shapes and black lines.
- "Mr. Tarín": Created in 2021, this caricatured character with a blue beret and a red nose symbolizes a French stereotype, marking his entry into galleries.
- Influences and Mediums: His art combines the energy of graffiti with an experimental approach, using acrylic paint, Posca markers, and chalk on various surfaces.
- Recognition: A prolific artist with just over 250 works per year, he is based in Roubaix and exhibits internationally.
- Themes: Bistro scenes, musicians, and the "Fights" series, along with clowns and Japan.
- 365 DAYS PROJECT.
